The processing is necessary to meet our and your legitimate interest in providing error-free products. The personal data being processed are identity data, such as name, purchase information, e.g. details of the purchase date, item number and the support case itself. The personal data will be retained during the support case management period and for a period of 6 months thereafter in order to respond to the support case if there are any follow-up questions from the customer about how the support case was handled.
